2007 Winter Taxes are now due & payable.

 

Wales Township is run by many different types of ordinances, rules and regulations.  A lot of them are made by the State of Michigan and then handed down to the local government to be enforced. 

Forms and permits have been created to help you stay within those regulations, but mostly they were created to aid in the safety of yourself and your family. 

Knowing it's hard to find time to obtain the necessary forms needed to acquire the permits for building a new house (pole barn, office building, addition to present house, etc.) or splitting your land or even getting it re-zoned, we have tried to make it easier for you by having the forms for all the various uses available here for you. 

All you have to do is simply download and print them.  All the forms are in Adobe Acrobat format (.pdf)  If you do not have Adobe installed on your computer, you can download it for free.
